entrepreneurs from Lahore with assistance from Plan9 are developing an
app that will redefine the essence of customer engagement by introducing
a visual, tree like, intuitive IVR rather than a less then interesting
audio-only IVR. The user will be presented this visual IVR navigation on their smart phones and tablets. The
product VIVID has been validated by Microsoft Ventures UK and invited
to be a part of their acceleration programme in UK (early Feb). This is the only Pakistani startup to have secured seed money from UK investors. Report by Sana Tirmazee.
